Cold-Drawn Cold Rolling Profiled Shaped Wire Steel Profiles

The cold rolling process involves mechanically shaping steel rod into cold finished bars or wire by passing through a series of rolling mills at ambient temperature. The rod is then wound or cut into bundles by oscillating it. A cold rolled steel's characteristics include smoother, scale-free surfaces; less material loss; tighter manufacturing tolerances; a greater degree of customization; and up to 50% more tensile strength than other steel processing methods.
